At Visit Africa, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise that may require users to cancel their bookings. That is why we have a cancellation and refund policy in place. Users may cancel their booking by contacting Visit Africa at least 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival date. If a user cancels their booking less than 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, they will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of their booking. If a user cancels their booking less than 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, they will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of their booking. No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures. Visit Africa reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time, in which case a full refund will be given.
