Day 1

DAY 1: Arrive in Arusha Jambo! Welcome to Tanzania. You’ll be met on arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport by your included transfer, bringing your exclusive group through the Tanzanian countryside to Arusha. Here, you’ll stay in Elewana Arusha Coffee Lodge, enjoying pretty views of Mt. Meru and the chance to taste your way through Tanzanian coffee country. It’s the perfect relaxing introduction. DAY 2

DAY 2: Arusha to karatu Travelers heading for the Ngorongoro Crater will pass through the town of Karatu in the green hills of Tanzania’s northern highlands. Presided over by the towering Ol Deani Volcano, this small, colourful town serves as a popular overnight stop for visitors exploring the area’s many game parks. The town offers a variety of activities including browsing the bustling marketplace, sampling beer at a local brewery, visiting a traditional homestead, or taking a guided walk through the Ngorongoro Forest in search of waterfalls and caves. Whether you are looking for cultural tours, hiking and biking opportunities, a chance to enjoy an authentic rural Tanzania experience, or simply a break between safari game drives, this underrated town has plenty to offer. DAY 3

DAY 3: karatu to Ngorongoro Crater Ngorongoro Crater is considered one the wonders of the Natural World. The crater spreads for 102 sq. miles and has 2.000 ft high walls, making it virtually a Noah's ark and inhabiting almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa. It's one of the very rare locations in the whole continent where you can witness the black Rhino. The crater has a river, several swamps, a soda lake with a great concentration of flamingos, a forest and open plains. It's also famous for its elephants which, are the largest in the world and have huge tusks. Ngorongoro Crater is truly a Wonder of the Natural World. We will start the day very early with a transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and descend into the crater floor for an incredible morning of wildlife in one of the most stunning places on Earth. DAY 4

DAY 4 to 6: Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti Today you will head into the Serengeti and spend three days exploring this amazing park. At the end of each game drive, you will head to a Lodge in the middle of Serengeti where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. The Serengeti covers an area of ​​about 30,000 km2 in the north of Tanzania and Kenya, 80% of which is located in Tanzania. The park is famous for the migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and thousands of predators fleeing drought in search of fresh water and grazing. After the rains arrive in mid-April they make the reserved journey via a detour through the western portion of the Serengeti.
